Chronosphere is the AI-powered LMS and learning platform of the Macro Vision Group — a B2B SaaS system with AI/ML, coding, robotics, and cybersecurity labs and globally-partnered curriculum. It already runs live at scale inside Macro Vision Academy, one of MP's largest CBSE residential schools a real, proven deployment few software vendors can match. We're now taking the platform to schools across the region through our School Integration Program, and building our customer base from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Build business from zero - generate pipeline, revenue, and the first set of school partners.
Find and acquire recent schools through field visits, cold outreach, and referrals.
Present and demonstrate the Chronosphere LMS platform to schools.
Run product walk-throughs and pilots,



showing schools the value in learning outcomes, assessments, and teacher adoption.
Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, pilots, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
Convert pilots into paid deployments and set up accounts for future renewals and growth.
Plan and run workshops, demos, student activations, and marketing activities to build awareness for a new brand.
Identify and manage channel partners to grow the business faster.
Build strong relationships with school stakeholders — principals, directors, trustees, and coordinators.
Ensure timely collections and adherence to company policies.
Track and report market, competitor, and pricing insights.
Keep CRM, pipeline, and daily reports up to date.

Required Qualifications & Experience
3–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong record of winning new customers and building a territory from scratch.
A proven hunter — comfortable with cold pros
