Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer with 57 years of experience in testing Salesforce applications specifically Salesforce Field Service Lightning FSL Salesforce Core and integrations The candidate will be responsible for validating business processes functional testing integration testing regression testing defect management and ensuring highquality Salesforce implementations
Key Responsibilities
Perform functional integration system regression and UAT testing for Salesforce applications
Validate FSL processes including Work Orders Service Appointments Dispatcher Console Scheduling Optimization and Mobile App functionality
Create and execute test cases test scenarios and test scripts based on business requirements
Test Salesforce Core functionalities including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Flows and customizations
Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems using RESTSOAP APIs
Log track and manage defects through resolution
Collaborate with Business Analysts Developers Product Owners and stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle
Support release validation and postdeployment testing activities
Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities
Ensure quality standards and testing best practices are followed
