QHT Clinic is looking for a highly organised and proactive Creative Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the creative department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating creative projects, managing the creative team's workflow, ensuring timely delivery of content, and maintaining operational records.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the creative team.
Assign and monitor tasks for Video Editors, Graphic Designers, Cinematographers, and other creative team members.
Track task progress and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
Coordinate with the Chief Creative Officer for project planning and execution.
Content & Project Coordination
Manage the uploading and organisation of videos across designated platforms.
Ensure all creative assets are delivered as per timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate photo shoots and video shoots with internal stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
Record & Documentation Management
Maintain records of photo shoots, video shoots, and raw footage.
Update and manage tracking sheets for video clips, creative assets, and project deliverables.
Ensure proper documentation and organised storage of all creative files.
Resource & Roster Management
Prepare and manage duty rosters for Cinematographers and other creative team members.
Coordinate shoot schedules and resource allocation.
Ensure optimum utilisation of creative resources.
Reporting & Coordination
Submit regular MIS reports and productivity reports to the Chief Creative Officer.
Coordinate with Marketing, HR, Operations, and other departments for creative requirements.
Escalate delays, resource constraints, and operational issues promptly.
