The Role
As an EDS Coordinator II - SPPID Administrator with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
The SmartPlant P&ID; (SPPID) Administrator is responsible for project set up, maintenance and support of the system. The SPPID administrator will maintain the P&ID; database for stability and maintenance. The Administrator shall ensure the SPPID environment works efficiently.
Set up and management of current and existing engineering projects in standalone and workshare mode.
SPPID Administration, setup, archive, workshare and replication.
Troubleshooting SPPID software issue and providing user-support to project resources.
Application database maintenance activities.
Continually seeking opportunities to increase end-user satisfaction.
SPPID Customization required for project deliverables.
SPPID Report customization with VBA code.
Implement automation tools that will benefit the project deliverables.
Utilize SPPID reporting to assist monitoring design quality and progress.
Additional Responsibilities
Prepare Project specific job notes and provide application training for designers and Admin.
Gain a full understanding of the scope, overall schedule, deliverables, milestones and coordination procedure.
Coordinated with multidisciplinary team leads to ensure effective project execution.
