About Position:

We are seeking a Process Consultant with 5-8 years of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, define functional requirements, and drive process improvements. This role requires strong expertise in SDLC, Agile methodologies, business analysis, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project execution and continuous process optimization.

What You'll Do:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interactions and workshops.
Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process documentation.
Conduct gap analysis, business impact assessments, and process mapping exercises to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers,



and technology teams to define and validate solutions.
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions.
Support project delivery activities throughout the SDLC lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment of requirements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, test case preparation, execution, defect tracking, and resolution.
Identify and recommend process improvement, optimization, and automation opportunities.
Prepare management dashboards, status reports, executive presentations, and business insights.
Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, quality standards, and organizational processes.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
