Role Purpose
The Regional Operations Head will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution and operational delivery of multiple high-rise residential projects within the region. The role will drive project planning, construction excellence, quality, safety, commercial performance, stakeholder management,
and timely project delivery while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
The incumbent will provide strategic leadership to project teams and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Operations & Execution
Lead the execution of multiple high-rise residential projects from mobilization to handover.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety parameters.
Monitor project progress through regular reviews and implement corrective measures to mitigate delays and risks.
Drive productivity improvements and operational efficiencies across projects.
Construction Management
Oversee structural, finishing, MEP, façade, and external development activities across projects.
Ensure adherence to approved construction methodologies, engineering standards, and best practices.
