Role Description The Export Sales Manager is a full-time, On Site/Hybrid responsible for driving international sales growth for quartz. This role involves identifying and developing new export markets, managing relationships with international distributors, importers, and key accounts,



and negotiating pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements. The Export Sales Manager will prepare and execute sales plans, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling export documentation and compliance, participating in trade shows and customer visits, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and working closely with senior management to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Business Planning, including sales forecasting, territory planning, and strategic account management.
Proven experience in Export operations, including documentation, compliance, logistics coordination, and international trade regulations.
Demonstrated success in Sales, with experience in B2B selling, negotiation, and relationship managemen
