Assistant Manager – Pricing & Lead Time in the QPM team is responsible for leading Molex's global commercial excellence initiatives in supplier pricing governance and lead time governance. The role ensures effective pricing discipline, lead time compliance, and high-quality SAP master data (PIR) to support business continuity and operational excellence. Working with a global scope from Bangalore, partners closely with Procurement, Global and Regional Category Teams, IT, and Business Stakeholders to drive transformation through automation, analytics, and process standardization across the end-to-end process. The role is accountable for delivering sustainable business value by strengthening cross functional collaboration, improving data governance, enabling informed decision-making, and delivering sustainable value.

What You Will Do
Build and lead a global Pricing & Leadtime Management team that delivers consistent, Accurate pricing and lead-time outcomes across regions and material groups.
Foster a Performance-Based Management (PBM) culture, developing accountable teams where leaders act as coaches and mentors with a solid contribution mindset.
Establish and govern global pricing and lead-time disciplines.
Partner cross-functionally to deliver analytics and negotiation support.
Lead and ensure completeness & accurate maintenance and updates of Purchasing Info Records (PIRs), lead times, and pricing within SAP systems following supplier negotiations.
