Must-Have- Required Skills & Experience

At least will have experience in the ITBM module (APM, PPM)
At least 2 developers will have experience in the ITSM module (Change, Problem, Incident)
At least that has hands on experience of Software Asset Management
At least that has hands on experience of Security Operations
We encourage the submission of developers that have multiple skills across the range of ServiceNow modules, specifically Security Operations, IT Operations Management,



Software Asset Management and Business Continuity e.g. One developer may have experience in both ITSM and Security Operations.
Hands on experience of the main ServiceNow components such as Business Rule, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI scripts, UI Actions, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, workflows, UI Macros, UI Pages, Script Include, Glide Ajax, Jelly, Data Sources, Encryption, Transform Maps, Import Sets, Update Sets and Integration with web services.
Experience and knowledge of the ServiceNow CMDB structure.
