We are seeking a BMS Maintenance Engineer responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Building Management Systems (BMS)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor & Maintenance: Monitor & Maintenance of the performance of building management systems and energy management system, including HVAC, Electrical Systems, FAS, Access Control System, EMS, lighting, security- CCTV, and other integrated systems. Support Sustainability initiatives and the company’s net zero carbon objectives with new technologies and energy saving projects.
Operational Management:
System Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of building systems using BMS software to ensure all systems are operating as expected.
Energy Efficiency:



Analyse and optimize the energy consumption of the building systems to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues with BMS components and systems and take corrective actions to resolve them quickly.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data from BMS sensors and devices to monitor system performance, efficiency, and safety levels.
Operation area: overseeing, maintaining, and optimizing the operation of building automation systems. These systems typically include HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), lighting, security, fire safety, and energy management systems. BMS engineers ensure that all these systems are functioning properly and efficiently within a building.
Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize system performance, reduce energy consumption, and lower operating costs along with maintenance, repairs, to ensure a safe, productive working setting.
