Job Overview

To oversee the full lifecycle of TE Connectivity’s internal and external events, from initial planning through post-event evaluation, ensuring all activities are executed seamlessly. Responsible for managing operational and administrative functions to deliver events efficiently and effectively while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall marketing strategy.

Job Responsibilities

Develops objectives and strategies to drive the effective planning and execution of internal and external company, customer, and marketing events, including tech days, trade shows, product demonstrations, webinars, and related activities, with the goal of maximizing brand exposure and generating sales leads.
Collaborates with internal and external resources to secure required materials and services, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors and partners.
Partners with marketing, sales,



and product teams to identify key focus areas and ensure the timely delivery of event materials, including promotional assets, product samples, and supporting documentation.
Provides onsite leadership (when applicable) to ensure all aspects of events are executed successfully, including oversight of exhibit design, production, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up to measure success, optimize future events, and evaluate ROI.
Prepares and delivers event-related information and insights to the Sales Team to support productive conversations with current and prospective customers.
Works closely with internal design teams to develop effective marketing collateral to support events, including invitations, email campaigns, presentations, and other promotional materials.
Partners with Marketing Automation and Digital teams to develop and execute integrated email and social media campaigns aligned with event objectives
