Primary Responsibilities:
Understand and analyze business reports, as well as the impact of products on key business metrics.
Generate innovative ideas to grow market share through technological interventions, improve the customer experience, and drive growth.
Analyze market and competitive conditions to identify current business opportunities and target markets.
Own and drive a well-prioritized product and feature roadmap that balances key performance metrics, customer delight, and customer requests. (Note: This point repeats the Position Description, but I have corrected it here as well.)
Actively listen to and frequently connect with both current and potential customers to directly understand their needs.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to phase-out.
Build partnerships with internal and external senior stakeholders.
Plan project timelines and allocate the necessary resources.
Required Skills:
An engineering degree. A postgraduate degree in an engineering or business domain is highly desirable.
At least 2 years of product management experience.
A strong understanding of database structures and MMP platforms (such as AppsFlyer, Branch, etc.) is a key requirement.
Proficiency with data and analytics tools, such as Tableau or equivalent.
Strong documentation skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Working knowledge of SQL and query creation.
An understanding of online advertising is highly desirable.
