Role Overview

As an MIS Data Analyst at Elance Learning, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing business data to support strategic and operational decision-making. You will work extensively with the Zoho ecosystem, particularly Zoho Analytics, to build dashboards, automate reports, ensure data accuracy,



and provide actionable business insights.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming raw data into meaningful business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics for Sales, Marketing, Academics, Finance, HR, and Operations.
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze business performance, identify trends, uncover opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
Zoho Suite Management: Work with Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
Data Automation: Build automated reports, scheduled dashboards, KPI trackers, and data pipelines to minimize manual reporting.
