Your Role

As an Associate General Manager at Stayvista, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, executing strategic initiatives,



and improving business performance across assigned markets. You will work closely to optimize operations, support supply growth, improve homeowner experience, and deliver key business outcomes. Looking for a dynamic leader with experience in managing on-ground operations, team leadership, and owner relationships.

Support revenue growth through effective property onboarding, portfolio performance, and operational optimization.
Collaborate with Supply, Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver seamless execution.
Build strong relationships with homeowners to improve retention, satisfaction, and long-term portfolio growth.
Monitor business KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable processes to enhance efficiency.
