About The Role

We are looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented Performance Marketing Manager / Senior Manager to lead paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in managing high-budget performance campaigns, scaling customer acquisition profitably, and driving measurable business growth. This role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with execution, continuously optimize campaigns, and collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to improve performance across the marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Google and Meta platforms.
Own customer acquisition, revenue growth, ROAS, CAC, MER, and other key performance metrics.
Plan and manage monthly media budgets while maximizing efficiency and profitability.
Identify opportunities to scale campaigns without compromising profitability.

Campaign Management

Build, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across:
Google Search
Performance Max
Shopping
Display




YouTube
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Conduct ongoing A/B testing across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, placements, and landing pages.
Manage remarketing and customer retention campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance daily and recommend optimization strategies.
Analyze data using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
Build dashboards and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Track attribution models and measure incrementality wherever applicable

Audience & Growth

Develop audience strategies using first-party data, lookalike audiences, and interest-based targeting.
Identify recent customer acquisition opportunities and scaling strategies.
Work closely with CRM and retention teams to maximize customer lifetime value

Creative Collaboration

Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
