Job Summary/About the Role
Employee Benefit Practices-(Retention) - Managing the Employee Benefits portfolio of the corporate client.
Required Qualifications-Graduate and above
Required Experience and Skills
Excellent communication skills.
Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently.
Proficient in using Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Should have good technical knowledge about Employee health Insurance/ General Insurance products.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in General Insurance/ Insurance Brokers.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Client service and retention/renewal
Any Insurance Qualification / certifications will be an added advantage.
Should have valuable decision-making skills.
Should be able to lead large teams.
