We are looking for a seasoned Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Practice Head to lead and grow our BFSI business.
The ideal candidate should have deep banking domain expertise, strong industry relationships, and experience in driving business growth through GTM initiatives, solutioning, consulting, and strategic partnerships. This is a leadership role focused on expanding our BFSI practice across existing and current markets through consulting-led transformation, strategic partnerships, and innovative digital solutions..
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the growth strategy for the BFSI practice.
Partner with Sales and Account teams to identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities.
Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, solution development, and value propositions for Banking and Financial Services clients.
Develop industry-specific offerings, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships to strengthen Artizent's market positioning.
Build trusted relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders across Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and Financial Ins
