Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Quick Commerce Growth Specialist to lead and scale our presence across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.



The ideal candidate will own platform growth, visibility, assortment planning, inventory coordination, promotional campaigns, and performance analysis to drive sales and market share.
If you’ve done the 0 —-> 1 on Quick Commerce for this category (Fresh Grocery), worked closely with quick commerce platforms (Onboarding, Pushing sales, Achieving targets) for brands, and love building business on Quick commerce from the ground up, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Key Person responsible for Sales and growth on QComm
- Launch current products across quick commerce.
- Handle Quick Commerce onboarding & growth on platforms like The First Club, Amazon Now, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
- Drive sales through availability, execution, coordination & follow-ups with Q-Comm platforms.
- Monitor Metrics such as Demand and Fulfilment, Logistics, Inventory and Store, Cost and Efficiency, etc.
- Coordinate with internal tea
