About the Role

Whacked Out Media is looking for a Head of Creative Design – Marketing & Entertainment to lead and scale our creative design function across entertainment marketing, digital content, social media, creator campaigns, and brand communications.

This role will be responsible for shaping the creative vision of our brands, building a high-performing design team, and delivering compelling visual experiences that drive audience engagement across movies, music, creators, YouTube channels, OTT content, and digital platforms.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, Social Media, Creator Partnerships, Production, and Leadership teams to create impactful campaigns while driving innovation through AI-powered creative workflows and contemporary design technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Brand Excellence
Define and elevate the creative vision across Whacked Out Media's brands, clients, creators, celebrities, production houses, and digital properties.
Ensure high-quality, consistent creative output across marketing campaigns, social media,



branded content, and digital promotions.
Establish creative guidelines, design systems, and quality benchmarks that strengthen brand recognition and storytelling.
Marketing Design & Entertainment Campaigns
Lead creative design for movie promotions, music launches, OTT campaigns, creator marketing, YouTube content, and entertainment properties
Partner with Marketing, Content, Growth, Social Media, and Creator teams to conceptualize high-impact, platform-native campaigns
Drive compelling visual storytelling across digital marketing, performance campaigns, and audience engagement initiatives.
Creative Operations
Lead the end-to-end creative design process, improving turnaround time (TAT), quality, and delivery efficiency.
Build scalable workflows, templates, and design systems to support high-volume creative producion.
Manage creative resources effectively across multiple campaigns and business priorit
