This is a Senior level Application Engineer position responsible for development, implementation, support and optimization of the Boston Workstation Scripting used to script data into MEDITECH Magic EHR across ~170 HCA hospitals. The Boston Workstation Scripting tool is a form of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) specialized for healthcare. The platform enables users to create scripts that mimic human clicks and keystrokes, often called "bots" or "digital workers," to automate EHR. This role will have a dotted line reporting structure to the ITG Manager of MEDITECH Shared Services collaborating with multiple team members.
The Main Functions Of This Role Are
Using the Boston Workstation Scripting tool to create and modify scripts
Review, escalate and resolve issues reported by internal team and hospital team
Solid understanding of how data is stored in MEDITECH Magic and how to navigate screens

Provide hands-on technical leadership for the analysis, implementation, and support of Boston WorkStation scripts
Lead the analysis, implementation, and support of solutions to meet Promoting Interoperability regulatory requirements
Work independently and collaboratively with project teams to define requirements, design functional solutions, identify and resolve issues, ensuring IT solutions meet business objectives.
Author and analyze change requests ensuring specifications are clearly documented and submitted
Build and maintain positive relationships with business operations, IT&S; leadership, and vendors
Provides training to junior level members on the team regarding interface functionality
Provide routine support and maintenance for reports and extracts
Identify and resolve problems and issues
Seasoned verbal and
