Job Purpose:The Job purpose of a Shift Incharge - WetTools in solar manufacturing is to oversee and optimize wet chemical processes and equipment operations essential for solar cell production, ensuring quality, efficiency,



and safety while leading a team to achieve production targets and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Specialization in Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA):

Provide expert management of Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA) processes, ensuring optimal operation and maintenance of Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA) equipment for solar cell production.

Preventive Maintenance

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of Wet-tool (Monotex, BSG, PSG, Polishing, RCA) machines. Ensure adherence to maintenance protocols and best practices.

Breakdown Management

Lead the response to major equipment breakdowns, coordinating quick and effective repairs to minimize production disruption. Analyze breakdowns to prevent future occurrences.

RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

Conduct thorough root cause analysis of equipment failures and process issues. Implement corre
