THE OPPORTUNITY:

Definian is seeking an experienced, certified, Workday Data Conversion
Lead/Manager to join our Workday team and support our next phase of growth in
India. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their
business needs, solidify requirements, and become an expert with respect to
their data. You will apply innovation, intelligence, and problem-solving skills
to build custom solutions to their specific needs and guide them through
large-scale technology transformations. You will benefit from mentorship and
coaching from our industry experts.

JOB TITLE : MANAGER - WORKDAY DATA MIGRATION

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

* Lead the full data conversion workstream on Workday implementations, owning
scope, quality, and delivery from kickoff through cutover and stabilization
* Taking direct ownership of mission critical data requirements in a fast
paced, cooperative work environment
* Manage and mentor a team of data conversion/migration developers, setting
expectations, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met.
* Delivering technology solutions to clients across industries, such as
Manufacturing & Distribution, Education & Government, Consumer & Industrial
Products, and Life Sciences & Healthcare
