We are looking for a proactive Semi Qualified Company Secretary who can independently manage company registrations, ROC compliance, and various statutory registrations while ensuring timely execution and excellent client service.

Increase in Authorized Share Capital
Share Allotment & Transfer
Registered Office Change




LLP Annual Compliance
Charge Creation & Satisfaction
Maintenance of statutory registers and records
Drafting Board Resolutions, Minutes and other MCA documentation
Business Registrations
Trademark Registration
FSSAI Registration & License
Udyam (MSME) Registration
Shop & Establishment Registration
Import Export Code (IEC)
PAN/TAN Applications
Professional Tax Registration
Other central and state business registrations
Client Management
Collect and review client documents
Coordinate with clients for pending information
Track application status until completion
Resolve queries raised by government authorities
Maintain compliance trackers and MIS
Process Improvement
Maintain SOPs and checklists
Ensure timely filing before statutory due dates
Coordinate with internal tax and accounting teams
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive compliance processes
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Companies Act
