We're Hiring | School Representative, France (B2B Network)
Join In Campus Education Private Limited is looking for a passionate and dynamic School Representative, France to join our growing team.
If you have a robust network within the international education industry, experience working with student recruitment agents, and a deep understanding of French higher education, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
? Develop and expand Join In Campus's B2B network across India and international markets.
? Identify, onboard, and manage student recruitment partners, education consultants, and sub agents.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with French universities, business schools, pathway providers, and institutional partners.
? Promote French study opportunities and support partners with university information, admissions processes, visa requirements, scholarships, and post study opportunities.
? Conduct agent training sessions, webinars, workshops, and business development meetings.
? Represent Join In Campus at agent events, conferences, networking forums,



and international education exhibitions.
? Drive student recruitment growth through strategic partnerships and channel development.
? Work closely with admissions, compliance, and counselling teams to ensure smooth student processing and partner satisfaction.
? Achieve business development, application, and enrolment targets for France.

Requirements
✔️ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
✔️ Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in international education, student recruitment, university partnerships, or B2B business development.
✔️ An existing network of education consultants, student recruiters, and international education stakeholders is highly preferred.
✔️ Strong knowledge of French universities, Grandes Écoles, business schools, admission requirements, and student recruitment processes.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
