About Us
Mandar Bio-Tech specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of ICU, Critical Care, Dialysis, Ventilation, Patient Monitoring, Defibrillation, and Hospital Equipment across India. We are expanding our sales team and looking for energetic, target-driven professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Visit hospitals, clinics, dialysis centers, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.
Build strong relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, purchase departments, and hospital management.
Demonstrate and promote medical equipment to prospective customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Follow up on leads and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with service and logistics teams for smooth installations.
Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
Ensure timely payment collection from customers.

Qualifications

1–3 years of sales experience (medical equipment or healthcare industry preferred).
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to build a career in medical sales are welcome to apply.
