OVERVIEW
The Manager – Tech Management (MM Purchasing, WM(P2P)) will provide end-to-end functional and delivery leadership for warehouse and transportation management solutions across the SAP landscape. This role is responsible for owning solution delivery, integrations with SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP systems, program execution, and team leadership across SAP MM/WM.

Core Skills and Competencies
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end procure to pay processes.
Proven experience with:
S/4HANA integration
MM/SD integration
Functional leadership in testing, cutover, and go‑live execution.
Experience with ALM / delivery tools (e.g., JIRA, Solution Manager).
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

Methodologies & Ways of Working (Preferred)
Knowledge and practical exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
Experience working in Agile, Secure, or hybrid delivery models.
Familiarity with governance, design review boards, and quality assurance processes.

Leadership & Soft Skills
Strong people management and mentoring capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.




Ability to operate at program and leadership levels with confidence.
Results‑driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

REQUIREMENT
Education and Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Information Systems or related discipline.
• SAP MM/WM certifications preferred
• METHODOLOGIES (PREFERRED)
• SAP Activate
• Agile / SAFe / Hybrid delivery models

Soft Skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Required Experience
• 12+ years of SAP experience with strong depth in MM/WM
• 2–3+ years of hands-on implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in large enterprise SAP programs and global delivery models

Essential skills
• Strong hands‑on experience across MM, WM, SD and Vistex
• 2–3+ years end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA migration experience
