About the Role Dream Catalyzer is looking for passionate and result-driven Career Navigators to guide students towards informed career decisions while promoting our career counselling and psychometric assessment services. This is a consultative sales role that combines counselling with business development, where your primary objective is to understand students' aspirations, provide expert guidance, and convert enquiries into successful enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct one-to-one career counselling sessions for students and parents at the office.
● Handle walk-in enquiries and provide personalised career guidance.
● Explain the importance of career planning, psychometric assessments, and career counselling in helping students make informed academic and career choices.
● Conduct virtual counselling sessions via phone or video calls.
● Perform cold calling and follow up with assigned leads to generate appointments and conversions.




● Build robust relationships with students and parents through regular follow-ups.
● Convert counselling enquiries into successful sales of Dream Catalyzer's services.
● Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets.
● Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

● Coordinate with the outreach and institutional partnership teams for seminar and lead follow-ups.
● Stay updated with career trends, higher education opportunities, admission processes, and Dream Catalyzer's services.

Required Skills
