Role Description The Field Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Maharashtra, India. This role is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing recent business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting KenPro’s technology, AI, and managed services solutions. Day-to-day activities include meeting with prospective and existing clients,



conducting product and solution presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor offerings to client needs. The Field Sales Manager will monitor market trends, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and ensure that sales targets and performance metrics are consistently met. This role also involves mentoring and guiding field sales representatives, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and representing KenPro at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications
Strong field sales expertise, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals in technology or services sectors.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, conduct impactful presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
Experience in sales planning, territory management, and use of CRM tools for tracking pipelines and performance.
