About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Manager to handle end-to-end legal functions for our Construction & Real Estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for contract management, land due diligence, litigation coordination, regulatory compliance,
and risk mitigation to safeguard company interests.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Management
· Drafting, vetting, and negotiating construction contracts, EPC contracts, JV agreements, development agreements, vendor contracts, lease deeds, and consultancy agreements.
· Handling MOUs, LOIs, NDAs, subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, etc.
· Ensuring contractual risk mitigation and compliance with statutory requirements.
2. Real Estate & Land Matters
· Conducting land due diligence and manage high-value property conveyancing, title verifications, and final execution stages at the Sub-Registrar of Assurances (Registry).
· Handling development agreements, conveyance deeds, sale agreements, and RERA-related documentation.
· Coordinating with external advocates, solicitors, and government authorities.
3. Litigation & Dispute Management
· Managing civil, commercial, arbitration, and property-related disputes.
