? About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer with solid expertise in machining operations, machine maintenance, and workforce development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring new joiners, enhancing operator skills, and ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and productivity.

? Key Responsibilities
• Conduct technical and practical training programs for new employees and machine operators.
• Train operators on machine operation, setup, process understanding, safety, and quality requirements.
• Provide hands-on training on:
? CNC Machines
? VMC (Vertical Machining Center)
? Lathe Machines
? Power Press Machines
? Cylindrical Grinding Machines
? Worm Grinding Machines
? Thread Milling Machines
? Worm Cutting Machines
? Centre Facing Machines
? Bandsaw Machines
• Train employees on machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, lubrication practices,



and machine care.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, training modules, and skill matrices.
• Conduct skill assessments and evaluate operator competency before deployment.
• Identify training gaps and provide improvement plans.

? Candidate Profile
✅ 15–20 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, machining, or technical training.
✅ Deep knowledge of CNC, VMC, Lathe, Grinding, Press machines.
✅ Strong understanding of machine maintenance, fault diagnosis, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, and mechanical systems.
✅ Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and guide operators effectively.
✅ Experience in mentoring and developing shop floor teams.
✅ Knowledge of TPM, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and quality systems will be an added advantage.
