Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Drive primary and secondary sales across Madhya Pradesh.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Increase market share and visibility of the Nimson brand.
* Expand distribution and retail coverage across assigned territories.
Distributor Management




* Appoint and develop current distributors wherever required.
* Build strong relationships with distributors and key trade partners.
* Improve distributor productivity, billing and collections.
* Ensure healthy stock availability across the market.
Team Management
* Lead, coach and motivate Sales Officers.
* Conduct regular market visits and joint working.
* Review team performance and ensure target achievement.
Market Execution
* Execute trade schemes and promotional activities effectively.
* Ensure proper implementation of company initiatives till the retailer level.
* Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
* Maintain excellent retail visibility and merchandising standards.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
* 8–10 years of FMCG/Cosmetics sales experience.
* Strong General Trade distribution experience in *Madhya Pradesh*.
