Role Description The Lead Sales Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of industrial and manufacturing clients, and conducting site visits to understand customer needs. Day-to-day activities include presenting tailored pest control solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts,



and ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients in collaboration with operations teams. The Lead Sales Representative will also maintain ongoing relationships with key accounts, track sales performance metrics, and provide market feedback to support service improvements. This role involves regular interaction with customers, internal stakeholders, and industry partners to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in pest control, facility management, industrial services, or related sectors.
Strong skills in client relationship management, consultative selling, and negotiation.
Ability to understand industrial operations and articulate value-based solutions for factories, warehouses, and food processing plants.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; local language skills are an advantage.
