AI Adoption Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Adoption Specialist who is passionate about emerging AI technologies and enabling employees to effectively leverage AI in their daily work. This role focuses on driving AI awareness, learning, and adoption through trainings, workshops, hands-on sessions,



and practical enablement programs that help employees build low-code/no-code AI solutions, agents, and productivity workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Stay updated on Generative AI, AI Agents, Copilots, Prompt Engineering, and workplace AI trends.
Drive awareness and adoption of company-approved AI tools and platforms.
Design and deliver AI trainings, bootcamps, workshops, and hands-on learning sessions.
Create presentations, playbooks, learning guides, demos, and reusable enablement assets.
Enable employees to build AI assistants, agents, automations, and productivity solutions using approved low-code/no-code platforms.
Build AI communities of practice and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
Collaborate with business, L&D;, IT, and transformation teams.
Promote responsible AI usage and governance awareness.
Work alongside Project teams while maintaining focus on workforce enablement.
