What Your Role Entails

As a PAM Implementation & Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the complete customer lifecycle — from pre-sales technical discussions and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to deployment, integration, go-live, and post-sales support. You will work closely with the sales, pre-sales, service, and customer IT/security teams to deliver secure and reliable Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

What You Will Do

Pre-Sales & PoC
Support PAM demos and technical discussions.
Understand customer requirements and infrastructure.
Assist with PoCs and guided pilots.





Deployment & Integration
Install and configure PAM solutions, including Vault and HA/DR.
Integrate with Windows/Linux, AD/LDAP, databases, MFA, and network devices.
Configure privileged accounts, access workflows, approvals, and session recording.
Support UAT, go-live, and cutover activities.
Prepare technical documentation and conduct basic customer training.

Post-Sales Support
Provide L1/L2 support for AMC and warranty customers.
Troubleshoot incidents and ensure SLA-based resolution.
Handle patches, certificates, backups, and health checks.
Maintain service tickets, reports, and CRM updates.

What We're Looking For
Qualification: Graduate Engineer / Diploma Engineer
Experience: 4–8 years
Hands-on experience with WALLIX Bastion is preferred.
Experience with CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, ARCON, or equivalent PAM tools is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Windows/Linux, AD/LDAP, databases, and net
