Engagement Type: Part-time / Field visits
Visit Cadence: 2 hours per week for each assigned household
Schedule & Availability: Flexible timing during the week; weekend availability preferred

As we scale, we're looking for Chef Coaches who can elevate home dining experience by
coaching home cooks to deliver exceptional quality, consistency, and tailored care in every
meal.
This is a great way to earn flexible income using cooking skills you already have — on your own schedule, without giving up your main job or routine.
The Role
As a Chef Coach, your job is to teach and guide domestic home cooks directly in the kitchens where they work.
You will NOT be doing the daily family cooking yourself. Instead, you will act as a friendly guide and trainer. You will visit each assigned household once a week for 2 hours to watch how the cook works, correct their cooking habits, teach kitchen cleanliness and basic pantry setup, and create weekly menus for the family.
Compensation & Earning Potential
Your pay is based on the number of households you look after (up to a maximum of 4 households per coach). The more homes you visit, the more you earn every month.
Per-Visit Pay: ₹1,500 per house per week
(This covers your 1 weekly 2-hour visit + creating a simple weekly menu for that family).
Monthly Bonus: ₹4,000 per month per house
