About Position:

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade automation solutions for a large-scale Personal Auto & Home Policy Rewrite Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end automation architecture, integration strategies, governance frameworks, and production readiness for mission-critical business processes. This role requires deep expertise in UiPath architecture, scalable workflow design, enterprise integrations, and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with US-based business and technology teams to drive successful automation outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Design end-to-end UiPath automation solutions for policy rewrite and servicing workflows.
Define scalable automation architectures using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Attended and Unattended Robots.
Establish reusable frameworks, design standards, and best practices for enterprise automation programs.
Create technical solution documents,



architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
Architect orchestration patterns using queues, REFramework, transaction processing models, retry mechanisms, and exception-handling frameworks.
Design resilient automation solutions capable of handling complex and exception-heavy business processes.
Develop strategies for compensation handling, workflow recovery, and business continuity.
Design integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, web services, JSON-based interfaces, and data exchange mechanisms.
Define integration architectures across web, desktop, legacy, and enterprise applications.
Ensure seamless interoperability between automation platforms and business systems.
Establish governance frameworks and automation standards across the RPA ecosystem.
