Role Overview
Enfinity India is looking for a high-calibre finance qualified to work on equity and structured capital transactions across its renewable energy platform.
This role offers direct exposure to equity, structured equity, and mezzanine transactions at both asset and platform level. The selected candidate will work closely with the Head of Capital Formation, India and be actively involved in deal structuring, investor negotiations, financial modelling, and transaction closure.
