As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in defining system architecture, leading end-to-end software development, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Working closely with product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams, you will build resilient, high-performance systems while fostering engineering best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Design and implement secure, scalable, and cloud-native system architectures using modern engineering principles.
Develop and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Build and optimize distributed systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Design and manage RESTful APIs, asynchronous workflows, event-driven architectures, and real-time messaging systems.
Implement and optimize cloud solutions using AWS services such as RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS, and EKS.
Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and event-streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka to build robust data platforms.
Improve application performance through efficient algorithms, caching strategies, monitoring, logging, and debugging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate effort, plan releases, manage technical risks, and ensure timely project delivery.
