About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Due Diligence (FDD) Analyst (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on financial due diligence, mergers & acquisitions (M&A;), transaction advisory, quality of earnings (QoE), financial statement analysis, business performance evaluation, and AI-generated financial content evaluation.
In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated due diligence reports, financial analyses, transaction models, quality of earnings assessments, working capital analyses, and financial documentation.



Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for transaction advisory, investment analysis, and corporate finance.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD), Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), Deal Advisory, Corporate Finance, M&A;, or Audit with due diligence exposure.

Responsibilities
Create deliverables addressing real-world financial due diligence and transaction advisory scenarios.
Review AI-generated due diligence reports, financial analyses, transaction summaries, investment memoranda, management reports, and supporting documentation.
Evaluate company financial performance, revenue trends, profitability, cash flow, debt position, normalized EBITDA, and working capital adjustments.
Verify AI-generated recommendations regarding financial risks, accounting adjustments, earnings sustainability, and transaction considerations.
