Strategic -
Responsible for preparing the Strategic Business Plans for Marine engines Business in Defense and Commercial Marine Markets
Ability to drive the expansion of Marine Business in both Domestic and International Markets
Possesses a Growth Mind-set - Working towards Channel Management (fishery business), Growth Avenues (Make Projects, New Platforms – DV16/K43, HHP Propulsion packages)
Responsible for monthly reviews of the function - OB, sales, collection, profitability, and due date performance (Nil LD).

People -
Collaboration - Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
Work with the BU Leadership Team and team under to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.




Conflict Management – Work at minimizing the potential negative impacts that can arise from disagreements and increase the odds of a positive outcome
Ability to understand current issues quickly and make wise decisions with an ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
Leadership – Provide leadership to team to enable and empower them to achieve the business targets
Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards specially for Marine market
Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
Basic understanding of country laws
Experience with corporate governance and proven negotiation skills.

Education -
B.E. (Mechanical) + MBA would be ideal.

Experience -
10-15 years of relevant experience
An experience to handle in Marine Segment will be added advantage
