About the Role
As a Customer Success & Support Intern, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You'll interact with customers across phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels, helping them throughout their buying journey—from answering product queries to assisting with checkout and post-purchase support.
Your role will directly impact customer satisfaction, conversions, and overall customer experience.




What You'll Do
Call customers who have abandoned their carts and help them complete their purchase.
Assist customers with product-related questions and buying decisions.
Resolve customer concerns related to checkout, payments, orders, deliveries, and product usage.
Handle customer conversations across phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth buying experience.
Gather customer feedback and identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities.
Document customer interactions accurately using internal tools and Google Sheets.
Coordinate with Customer Experience, Operations, and Product teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
Build trust with customers through empathetic, professional communication.
