Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Java applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and contemporary application architecture, along with proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams.

As a technical leader, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, mentoring developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and collaborating with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Java engineers through the complete software development lifecycle.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Build secure, scalable,



and high-performance RESTful APIs.
Provide technical leadership by defining architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, security, and performance.
Guide the team in designing distributed systems and integrating messaging solutions using Kafka.
Collaborate with frontend developers for full-stack feature delivery using ReactJS where required.
Design and optimize MongoDB and relational database schemas, queries, and performance.
Drive CI/CD implementation and release automation using Jenkins.
Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Estimate work, plan sprint activities, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
