Requirements:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using Java and up-to-date software development practices.
Drive innovation initiatives leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud Computing, and Intelligent Automation.
Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define technology roadmaps and solution strategies.
Evaluate, recommend,



and implement new technologies to improve business processes, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, coding standards, security policies, and quality best practices.

Drive Agile delivery methodologies and promote engineering best practices across teams.
Mentor junior developers and technical leads, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
Work closely with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.
Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance optimization strategies.
