We are looking for a Business Development Manager. We want to work with the best companies in the Travel space and explore partnerships that are exciting for our customers.
As a Senior Business Development, you will build and nurture relationships with our ecosystem partners that expand our platform’s reach and capabilities. You’ll own the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing and negotiating agreements to onboarding, integration, and growth.
Lead deal structuring and pricing discussions, and finalize SLAs that balance scale, risk, and
profitability.
4. Collaborate with Category, Product, Ops, and Marketing teams to build robust GTM playbooks
5. Maintain high brand satisfaction through consistent account management and performance feedback loops.
6. Stay ahead of emerging trends in D2C, travel and fintech to bring new brand opportunities to the table.
What you'll need:
8-12 years of experience in business development, category management, or brand partnerships in e-commerce or 4-6 years of experience graduating MBA from Tier 1 institutes
Strong negotiation skills and ability to create win-win partnerships
High ownership mindset, ability to hustle, and a bias for action
Excellent stakeholder management – internal and external
Comfort with ambiguity and eagerness to build from 0 to 1
