About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Data Annotation SME (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on clinical data annotation, medical record interpretation, biomedical NLP, healthcare datasets, clinical documentation, and AI-generated healthcare content evaluation.
In this role, you will evaluate and annotate complex clinical datasets, review AI-generated annotations, validate medical concepts, assess clinical reasoning, and ensure high-quality labeled healthcare data for training and evaluating advanced AI systems.




This position is ideal for professionals with experience in clinical data annotation, medical coding, clinical informatics, healthcare data management, clinical research, biomedical data curation, or healthcare AI.

Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated clinical reasoning and ensure consistency with accepted medical practice.
Identify annotation inconsistencies, terminology errors, hallucinations, missing entities, incorrect relationships, and labeling defects.
Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in clinical annotation, healthcare NLP, and biomedical AI.
Review peer-developed annotations and maintain annotation quality standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Clinical Research, Health Informatics, or a related healthcare field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in clinical data annotation, clinical documentation, healthcare data management, medic
