Summary
UST is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst I with strong expertise in Business Analysis, Healthcare Insurance, Underwriting, SQL, and System Analysis. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving requirements gathering, solution analysis, system design, and implementation of enterprise healthcare applications. The role requires deep knowledge of healthcare underwriting processes, Agile delivery, API integrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support cutting-edge healthcare insurance solutions.
The Opportunity
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects,
and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Analyze healthcare underwriting processes, insurance workflows, and business rules to recommend scalable technology solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
Support application design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise healthcare systems.
Perform business process analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation.
Validate application functionality through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
Analyze request/response schemas, JSON payloads, and RESTful API interactions for system integrations.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
