Job Description – Full Stack Developer (.NET / React.js) Position - Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level) Experience - 4–5 Years About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer with 4–5 years of experience to join our Shared Services engineering team. This role is ideal for an individual contributor who is passionate about building modern applications, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift across multiple initiatives. As part of a Shared Services organization, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You should be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate a solid willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React and .NET technologies.



Build responsive, high-performance, and user-centric front-end applications with a strong focus on usability and maintainability. Develop secure and efficient backend services, APIs, and business logic using .NET. Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, including writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Participate in application architecture, technical design discussions, and code reviews. Analyze, understand, enhance, and modernize existing legacy applications while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps best practices for automated build, deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate effectively with product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and other development teams. Work independently to deliver high-quality solutions with minimal guidance.
