Position Summary
We are looking for an aggressive, target-driven, and highly experienced Sales Manager who can build new business, develop dealer and distributor networks, generate large-value machine orders, and expand our market presence across India and export markets.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate high-value B2B sales leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
● Build and manage a dealer/distributor network across India.
● Meet with Plant Heads, Purchase Heads, Factory Owners,



and Directors to promote our machinery.
● Handle techno-commercial discussions, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
● Conduct product presentations, machine demonstrations, and customer meetings.
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
● Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports.
● Represent the company at national and international exhibitions and trade fairs.
● Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams for smooth project execution.
● Identify export opportunities and develop international business.
Required Qualifications
● Graduate in Engineering/Business/Marketing. MBA preferred.
● Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Industrial Machinery or Food Processing Equipment Sales.
● Solid network within food manufacturing industries.
● Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
