Role Description This is a full time, on-site Architect role based in Dehradun. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design proposals, creating detailed drawings, and coordinating interior and exterior design solutions.



Daily tasks include collaborating with clients and consultants, conducting site visits and assessments, and ensuring design compliance with local regulations and standards. The role involves managing project timelines, supporting documentation for approvals, and working closely with the project team to integrate architectural, structural, and services requirements. The Architect will also contribute to design presentations, material selection, and quality control during execution to maintain PSA’s design standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailed design.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, such as using design and BIM tools, and integrating digital models with project systems.
