About the Role:

We are seeking energetic and result-oriented individuals to join our Insurance Sales team. The role involves promoting insurance products, acquiring new customers, and building long-term client relationships through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate leads and identify potential customers through field visits and networking.

· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

· Assist customers with policy documentation and application processes.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

· Candidates with 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in insurance sales, will be given preference.





· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Willingness to travel and work in the field.
